I had 5 redfoot eggs incubating that we're laid exactly six months ago. One exploded so I have 4. One is grey. One looks completely clear and I see nothing when I candle it. The other two look the same inside but I am not sure what I am seeing and If there is a baby in them. How can I know if they are dead or not. By the way, there is nothing wrong with the mother or temperatures because this is not the first clutch I have had and my others have hatched.image.jpg

As with any, you will just have to wait and see. Handling them will probably reduce the likelihood of then hatching, so try to reduce that. You'll just have to wait and see.
Don't lose hope, I was in pretty much same position but a little one hatched at the last minute. :)
