Are these plants harmful to my Russian tortoise?

I have a female Russian tortoise, I’m not sure how old but I’d say maybe 10-15 years old and I let her outside a lot and she likes to eat a lot of plants. I was wondering if any of these are poisonous or lethal to her?

A few of those are wild invasive grasses. But, since you don’t have them labeled or numbered, it’s hard to list them out. I wouldnt let your tortoise freely graze until you properly ID.

I’ve tried and it’s not very consistent. I figured people on this forum would have better knowledge about the plants.

Alright I don’t let her eat those grasses I only let her eat the greens I put around around the yard but I’ll try and find the species
