He/she arrived today (upside down!) Had a soak right away and then tore through a plate of veggies. Exploring like crazy!
Ps. Don’t worry, I got that humidity up once I covered the top :)

Congrats. Glad you gave it a soak right away. Being upside down can make them empty their bladder and s/he may really have needed some hydrating. They should be soaked anyway after being shipped.

Do you know of any other issues of being upside? I’m unsure of how long they were this way :(

They can die being on their backs for too long. Luckily that didn't happen. Just keep an eye on him/her. Sounds like she is doing just fine with what you first posted so I wouldn't worry about it.
The breeder needs to improve the packaging so the tortoise can't get upside down and the box needs to be marked all over which side is up. You should tell the breeder so they can make improvements.

I did notify him. I have a feeling they had quite the journey considering the FexEx worker practically tossed the box to me on my porch ☹️
