I recently discovered a huge Asian market with some extraordinary finds. They have a huge produce section. While it's not organic, it isn't the pretty stuff so I can assume less pesticides. The prices are great. So far I haven't been able to figure out what greens there are good for torts. I know the usual lists, but does anyone have info on some of the more obscure Asian veggies?

I got some Daikon radish sprouts that looked interesting, but that was it this trip. I think radish and beet greens are safe. I know bok choy and similar wouldn't be so great of a choice, etc. They have all sorts of bunches of greens with Chinese and Korean names. Any hints? I'm trying to keep oxalic acid low, or else I'd probably feed him anything I could find.
