At what age can a BP's sex be determined?

My boyfriend and I got a ball python recently, it seems pretty young and is shedding at the moment, not sure how old it is off the top of my head but I was wondering how old a bp should be until we can determine the gender thank you!

Take it to a vet and ask the vet to probe it . Because if the probing is done wrong it can hurt the snake . Good luck with the probe

I'm pretty sure there's a way to tell without the probe...
I'm not a snake person, so I'm not sure, but I'll ask in a second.

Well if you take it to an experienced reptile shop and ask for Somebody who is Well educated at that, then they will most likely do it for free... Make sure they are Well educated / breed them

With hatchlings, you can find someone with the appropriate experience to "pop" him (attempt to manually evert the hemipenes). At any age, they can be probed, again, by someone experienced.
