Maybe this is a stupid question, but what is the actual average size for yellowfoot and redfoot?

I did some search online and found most says redfoot has average size of 14" and yellowfoot has average size of 16"..
however, I also found that it is quite difficult to find them for sale at their "average" size in the states. I also have discussed with a exporter from Suriname and even he told me the largest redfoot he offer is 14 inches.
Actually many people labeled 14"+ redfoot and yellowfoot as "Giant" or "Huge animal".
I am wondering if 14" and 16" is actually their average size, then why it is not so common to find them reach this size?

Picture of my yellowfoot for attention.(PS. The seller labeled her as XL)

I've had two female Redfoot that topped 14".
And I've seen Bolivian "giants" that were over 16". Possibly larger. I think they are closer to 20".
There are farms here in Florida that have old, wild caught breeders.
They can be very large.

But i see most adults stop growing at 11-12".. i know there are large individuals out there but it just seems average size for them are not 14"..
