Closed eyes can be a sign of a RI, i can also indicate low humidity. Is it sill eating? pictures would help.

A coil type UVB light can also cause eye problems. Picture and a run down of your set up, temps, humidity, substrate, etc would help.

In the meantime, soak this baby. Sitting in warm water helps the eyes to open. They won't eat if they can't see. Good luck with your baby.

Good luck with the little one. I would definitely soak it multiple times a day. Warm water only high enough so he can still walk around in it. At least 20 minutes at a time. Check your temperatures and get bqck here with pics and your setup information.
