Baby sulcata has a bump on his nose

I have only had Toby for a week but have just noticed a bump above his lip .is this normal or should I be worried

That is the egg tooth

That is commonly called an egg tooth. it helps babies break out of the egg. Just shows that he is very brand new. It eventually goes away.
