Baby Sulcata Shedding

Hi! Hope you could help, my baby tortoise is shedding and it is kind of pinkish where the skin left off. Is this normal? Thanks!

This is a picture i took after basking, if you zoom in you can see his neck a little bit pinkish and puffy.
