Hi, I recently bought a baby veiled chameleon since he was 2 weeks old, now he's a month old. And I have no UVB bulb. I sunbathe him 20-40 mins every day or 2 in unfiltered sunlight. Is that enough ? And he's getting proper supplementation.

That should be more than enough. That is how I've done it for many years. I raised veileds, panthers, mellers, and friends raised Jacksons and several dwarf species (Brookesia) that way. I also knew a lady with a six year old imported parsons that did it that way. She must have been doing something right to get 6+ years out of an imported parsonii.
