Beaks

Hi to all you Hermann owners....need some advice. I'm a school teacher and a parent brought in her hermanns to show us. Being a red foot owner I could tell some had pyramiding and there nails seemed too long. However, there beaks were really long at the front? I know this look on a red foot would alert me to think their beak needs trimming!? Is this a feature for hermanns or am I right in thinking it needs a good trim

You are right that it needs a trim if it looked long because that's not a feature for hermanns. If you noticed all those things that were wrong with it and they've had them for a while you may want to advice them in getting the proper caring info for them.

I will have to say something because my heart knew it wasn't normal. I'm going to have to be diplomatic because of the position I'm in though .... Thanks for the confirmation!
