Best of luck in the fertility. New bloodlines are always needed. Congrats again Ben.

Thanks so much, now all seven mature females here are producing ova. Six of those females have to date produced healthy offspring represented in my F1 and F2 groups. Factor in the other three females that produced offspring before their untimely demises in captivity, I am getting a pretty solid group together I hope.

Molly is a Forsten's Tortoise (Indotestudo forstenii) that was kept in captivity in CT for more than 20 years. by people who bought her as a Russian Tortoise. She was posted on Facebook, and the ad was shared here on the forum. We snatched her up and got her to Ben, the forstenii master. This species is Endangered, so getting her into the right situation was imperative. Now, you can see the fruits of our labor!(mostly Ben's labor) It's a great story. So many wasted years of her life, but now she gets to help her species.

I'm glad she's in good hands! What a cute little hatchling! She will live many more happy years!! :)
