@Tom should be able to help you
This is her eye now. It seems like she pushes on it and like forces them out or something. It is very watery and reddish/ darker

Hi and welcome. I am sorry that your tort had to be sick before you found us. The experts are going to want to know what kind of environment is it living in? Lights, humidity bulbs, heat all kinds of questions...what kind of substrate is it in?

Some of the lights people use on their tortoise enclosures are very damaging to the tortoise eyes.
That's the first thing you will be asked, and you have been, so please try to give us all the information requested and your tortoise will be the better for it! We have very experienced and helpful folks here!

It’s her eye lid. It’s really red the thing that covers her eye
What type of UV bulb? Is it a cfl type that you screw in to a fixture?

What is the overnight low temperature in the coldest part of the enclosure?

What size enclosure? Open top?

I think it’s an infection and not part of the lights
Many helpful replies here. Just offering my first thought on seeing your picture. You are right. I looks like a type of conjunctivitis, a swelling of the inner membrane of the eye. Given that tortoise are pretty tough given their vast geography. I would think that the diet is too low in Vitamin A - the eye vitamin (Daily requirements of the vitamin A are approximately 400 IU/kg body weight (Jean-Michel et al., 2005).. Opportunistic infections can then bother them. Also not uncommon that a trip to the vets for this eye presentation usually involves a Vit A jab. I have 30+ years with birds & torts - vets who specialized in these were few and far between back then, we had to learn from hands on with our stock. Hope this helps.
