Black colour tortoise ??

Hello everyone..
Burhanuddin aka ross here..
I am a new born baby in this forum world very much new actualyy.
I have recently bought 4 pairs of Indian star tortoise and a black colour tortoise whom I don't know to which species he/she belongs.
I already had a baby Indian star which I had bought 2-3 months back. She is female and her name is PIKACHU.
I would be very much helpful if any one of you can identify the species of the black colour tortoise

I don't know for sure, but I'm afraid your black 'tortoise' is actually a turtle and belongs in the water.

Where do you live?

Black one like Yvonne mentioned is hamiltoni turtle and I hope you put it in correct environment soonest, as he will need an aquatic tank.

I live in mumbai , India. Actually I got the name it is spotted pond turtle and I wanted to know how to take care of this turtle as I am very much new to handle such aquatic creature.
It wud be helpful if anyone could guide me at a very simple way
