Black spots on tortoises tongue

I’ve recently been able to get my tortoise to hand feed and have started noticing some black spots on her tongue I’ve read this could be caused by dandelion so which there are plenty growing in my yard she is visually impaired got her like that and is doing great in all other regards just want to know what this could be if it is from the dandelions please just confirm my suspicions anything else please let me know

Also just noticed they are not just on his tongue but on the roof of his mouth as well
