Hello , we lost one of our sulcatas the day temperature went down to freezing temperatures . When we found it she was hiding her head and when finally she starting waking up 24 hours later she started bleeding and bubbly appearance of blood through mouth , nose covered by buggers at 48 hours .
Any thoughts ? We are soaking her right now in warm water . No signs of movement . This is devastating.
thank you

This looks pretty bad. I think a vet visit would be warranted.

There's also a lot of edema/swelling in the neck.

Wow. So sorry this happened.

Reptiles have no way to prevent their tissues and internal fluids from flash-freezing without an external heat source. Blood vessels are like water pipes...when they freeze and then thaw, they can rupture.

If there is a reptile veterinary office you can reach, that is the way to go.

Otherwise continue warming her SLOWLY and stay near her. My guess, though, is that there is a great deal of internal bleeding.

((hugs))

Thanks to you all for the comments . Unfortunately there is no vet available due to severe weather . The only ones I was able to talk to just advised to soak her in warm water .
very frustrating....
