@mark109r What's happening, can you get photos of the other eye. I know photoshopping is s painstaking procedure but this is taking the Micheal.

It looks pretty real to me.............
From the response of the collective, if this is a real blue eyed Northern Redfoot. It is SUPER unusual.
...To answer your initial question.
So rare that none of us have ever seen another.

Beautiful animal. What were the reasons for the last owner to sell this girl. I'm guessing it was the only one, because I wouldn't have let a blue eyed redfoot go if I had it within a herd.

View attachment 231289 View attachment 231290 View attachment 231291 Here are a few more pics. Except for her eyes, she's a typical looking redfoot.

Is this possible?
Intrigued but remain skeptical.
A phenomenon I would have to inspect firsthand to believe.
Seeing (firsthand) is believing.
You could set up a booth and charge admission for viewing.
You will need a twenty-four hour security detail.
And an insurance agent...an international turtle cartel will want to kidnap this turtle.

Would still like to see plastron.

Interesting. The color blue is extremely rare in nature. Never seen anything like that.
