I don't think you have the big picture going on here. In order for you to "breed my girl" you need to have a female of breeding size, an appropriate sized male, a large outdoor enclosure, the correct weather conditions, and both of them have to be healthy.

Are you asking if someone has a male that they will let breed with your female? That is unlikely to work out. With all the diseases going around in the tortoise world (Herpes, Austwickia, various URI viruses and bacteria, parasites) tortoise owners are very unlikely to lend their tortoise to another for breeding purposes, unless extensive testing is done on both.

Breeding is also more involved than just allowing mating to happen.
