Brown Spot on Russian's Head

I noticed a brown crusty spot on Leroy's head, but figured it was just dirt. However, after his soak it was still there. Any ideas as to what it may be?

Looks like 2 different tortoise heads lol...I wouldn't worry. They look like normal head scales to me.

Haha Leroy is very versatile. Before I posted on the forum I looked online. the reason ranged from fungal infection to a burn to mbd . . . So of course I got super paranoid.

It might just be his coloring

It did look a little better after his soak. Maybe I'll give him extra soaks and see if it goes away or comes back.

Is there a such thing as fungal infections on scales?
