Bump on my baby Sulctata's nose?

I've noticed a strange bump on the tip of her nose. I'm not sure if that's just her face or if I should be worried about some kind of infection? Please share your thoughts

I don't see the bump, but i wanted to address the substrate you're using. Baby sulcatas hatch out during the monsoon season. This means they have evolved to require warm, humid conditions as babies in order to grow smooth shells and healthy bodies.

Adding to what Yvonne said, most of the care info you find for this species on line and in pet shops is all wrong. Its been wrong for decades and people keep repeating the same wrong info. Here is the right info:

Other than dryness, I don't see any issue either. Questions are welcome.
