Can anyone identify this plant?

I was wondering if anyone can identify this plant and whether or not my Hermann tortoise can eat it? I remember seeing it on a website listing foods tortoises can and cannot eat.

I remember seeing it on a site and thinking that it grows where I used to live but can't identify it.

Burro tail is in the sedum family and is not toxic.
