Does anyone know what type of tortoise she is

My guess is that it's one of the Greek tortoise subspecies, and seems to be an albino specimen. This is not the usual coloring. Post some more photos of the head, plastron (bottom shell) and tail.

This is a tough one. I would still say Greek after seeing the face, plastron, and supracaudal scute. As for the subspecies, it does not have the usual coloring so it may be hypomelanistic genetic variant. The overall shape of the shell strikes me as Testudo graeca Ibera.

Certainly a Greek tortoise. Only one gets that unmarked light colored carapace. SO... Looks like a "golden greek" to me. There are dark ones, lights ones, etc. This is one of the light variety.
Testudo graeca terrestris
