I was out in the yard collecting various grasses and weeds to mix with my babies greens and I came across three leaf clovers. Would this be okay to add to the salad?

Oh and what about wild onion grass. I have a crap ton of that too. Lol.

I just read the forum on clover and fortunately I have the safe white clover, but the flowers aren't budding right now due to our cold weather.
I planted 5 planters with some white Duch clover earlier this week should be serving some up in the next month. I have one room of my house dedicated to planting grasses and clovers with several uvb lights. Oh the joys of tortoise keeping.
