Can my russian eat this plant?

My tortoise has come across this plant in my garden and ate a bit Can anyone identify this plant for me? Is it poppy lettuce? Also is it dangerous for my tort?

Not sure what it exactly is. But it doesn't look like it's safely edible for torts, I am not sure though. Don't feed it to your tort yet, until you learn more about the plant if it's safe for your tort to eat.
