Can someone idenitify if my tortoise is sick (black spots)

Hi! My tortoise is currently dealing with a respitory infection but I was wondering if anyone could please tell me if these black spots on him are normal im very worried thank you I would appreciate it a lot he keeps getting respitory infections and no medicine is helping 😢😥

I don't see any spots that are concerning.
If you tort keeps getting sick then you need to spend a lot of time finding out what is wrong that is causing it.
Give us a run down of the enclosure and care.
Size of enclosure
Substrate
Diet
Humility
Temps-day, night, basking.
Type of heat and light using.
Anything and everything that relates to taking care of him.

I care about him so much I have nonstop visits to the vet I just don’t know why he isn’t getting better his enclosure is outside in Florida heat I always let him roam around so it’s pretty roomy he has a hole in the dirt Tahts usually a bit cool so he can cool off I always wash his bowl o feed him rapini kale papaya strawberries tomatoes banana hisbiscus flowers so He usually spends most of his day outside then at night I have an indoor enclosure it’s just a big plastic box with tortoise bedding heat installed and I have a water bowl in there and food so no issues with cold i only leave him there at night though ons case of any racoons and lately it’s been a bit colder here so I don’t want him catching a bigger cold it’s very humid here so I don’t think that could be the issue hes very active Alwyas walking around I am currently giving him medicine called “doxycycline liquid” to treat his respiratory infection as the other medicines have not had any effect he is also housed at night next to my other tortoises they’re smaller and he tends to try to bite them so I seperate them so that couldn’t be the issue Iv tried eveything I’m so desperate he gets better and than immeditatly
catches anotehr respiratory infection 😢

If he is eating, roaming, acting normal, I don't understand why he is being treated. Were any blood tests or xrays taken?

Recently he hasn’t been doing it as much but bubbles will come out of his mouth / nose and has very watery eyes it’s improved lately but I’m scared that it’s immediately gonna go back to how it was when the medicine is finsihed . His appetite is not as huge as befire he still Eats but just not as much and he tends to have diareah or sometimes I just don’t see that he has pooped he also gets in and out of his shell a lot and makes strange noises but i had alreafy figured he had a respitory infection as my last todtoisss unfornutly passed away from anemia as the vet that I went to attached a feeding tube to her that she managed to get out of and ended her life :/ I’m scared on what vet to trust now I genuinly don’t know what to do and I believe my other tortoises also caught à respitory infection from my first tortoise that died of anemia

Please post pics of his enclosures inside and outside and the lamps you are using for heat, uvb and night heat if any
What are his temperatures?
What do you feed him?

Most tort problems are cause because of how we look after them and by things we do or don't do for them so the more you can show us and tell us the sooner you'll get help to put things right.

it’s not as big as I’d want it to be I’m going to replace the tiles and more his enclosure before was in a big backyard but we just moved so I’m still trying to figure out how to fix it I apologize I know it’s not the best :/ his inside enclosure is not jsut a plastic box I promise I put the mulch made for reptiles that fills it up I have a water bowl for him I put food and he has a reptile heat pad that adjusts to the body temp he needs and a house inside of course . I understand it’s not the best I am open to any suggestions all of this is a bit New does he need a heat lamp? What else could he need please let me know if possible I really appreciate it🙏

I’m located in south Florida close to Pembroke Pines / davie

The vet has been getting test lab results on him by collection his samples and they all come back with problems Iv already been 5 times

I hope he is normal but he still tends to have bubbles coming out of his mouth he’s also not eating as much and he tends to quickly go in his shell and come back out like ten times in a row he gets scared very easily too I’m not sure If that has anything to do with it

I’m also not sure about my baby tortoises on what to do if I should also bring them to the vet I’m very stressed out

Woudl you happen to know any good vets around this area?

Thank you avian clinic though is the place that gave me wrong measurements for my old tortoises medicine causing In her rapid death and wrong placement of tube so unfornutly that didn’t really work .. I’m not sure if that’s where I should return unless that was a one time thing Have you heard anything about Dr ferbers animal clinic? That’s where I have been going recently
