Hey All!

I wanted to post the enclosure my wife and I came up with for our baby sulcata, Shu Mai. We purchased this $100 4' x 3' garden bed from Amazon (Link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09NML4L6F/?tag=exoticpetnetw-20) and then cut a piece of plywood to fit the bottom. We also attached caster wheels underneath so that it can move easily. The inside of the plywood was coated with flex seal and the edges were siliconed w/ reef safe silicone. I then purchased some chains from amazon to hang the lighting fixtures. He has his basking light on the left and a CHE which will kick on if the probe underneath drops below 85. Here is the link to the thermostat we use: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B083Q7YRBM/?tag=exoticpetnetw-20.

This enclosure has been GREAT at keeping humidity, which was always a problem with open top enclosures. I know this enclosure could definitely be larger and have been considering attaching two of these garden beds together for Shu Mai. Thanks for reading!

Many of us have used and recommended these. I have used several different kind and sizes.
I used rope to hang lights from the frames of mine. I also just used a tarp for the floor. Mine were for larger ones living in the basement during winter.
They work good.
