I really don't know how this happened. I just noticed it a few weeks ago and am worried. Not sure if it's normal or what not because he's only about 3 years old. Nothing harmful is in the area so I haven't the faintest clue how he did it. Hopefully someone can tell me what to do about it. Thanks in advance.
