I just went to the store to get some chow for my marginated tortoise and I accidently grabbed cilantro instead of parsley, is it still okay?

Also, I picked some dandelions on the way but they are out of season here (white tops instead of petals), what part do they normally eat? the flower or the green? Is it still okay if they have transitioned into the white top span?

I just dont want to give him anything that would hurt him. Thanks.

Cilantro is safe to eat but the smell might put him off.
My red foot eats the whole dandelion, flower, stem and leaves. The flower now being fluffy is not dangerous, per se, but just in case it gets in his nose I would pluck it and simply feed the "naked" flower.

I gave her a white topped flower once, she ate it but the fluff was everywhere! Stuck to her eyes, nose and mouth... She wasn't happy about it so now I pluck 'em ;-)
They can eat basil too, I'll try that one when her lettuce head is done.
