Sorry this has probably been asked before but Google and the tortoise table are confusing me. We recently moved into this home and have these blooming since late summer. Are these rose of Sharon or hibiscus or is that the same? And are they safe to feed my future tortoise!? (How meant to be would that be ;))

Safe to feed, mine love them. Some ppl call them the hardy hibiscus, but they are Rose of Sharon.
