After working all day long I was finally able to complete Clyde's new tortoise table! In the white border above the ledge I will grow things for fun (aka for clyde to eat just before I get anything lol) found amazing deals at the Greensboro Repticon like the log hide and all of the coconut mulch for around 30 dollars. The wood cost $130 and the plexiglass cost $170 but it was more than worth it!! I would have preferred to create a outdoor enclosure, however I live in a very small apartment and that was the biggest I could create. He has a ledge to view the cows and traffic and lots of mulch to burrow! The last image was the "Before" image. I recently moved to North Carolina so I had him in a small enclosure but now he is in a more antique environment.20190630_184714.jpeg20190630_184636.jpeg20190630_184538.jpeg20190630_184600.jpeg20190630_184549.jpeg1561920284815.jpeg20190630_184617.jpeg20190624_163218.jpeg20190623_130630.jpeg

Oh man! You did a great job! I love it. And what an improvement over the tank he used to live in. I would take away the ramp and place several potted plants on that shelf instead of allowing the tortoise to climb up there. Also, a plant saucer sunk down into the substrate would be better for a waterer. Those ramped reptile bowls are tipping hazards.

Looks awesome! If you see your tort pacing a lot or trying to get out you may want to consider covering the sides so it can’t see out.
