Confirmed case of shell fungus on carapace

This little rescue RF has some previously treated plastron fungus and also some pretty rare (from what I've seen) new carapace fungus.
Totally treatable.
This might be the unicorn of shell issues and it's the first case I've seen or had in all of my years of keeping tortoises

He lives in some constantly wet tall grass.
It's like his "spot" directly under the sprinkler head.
