The CTTC Valley Chapter is having a breeders night Friday June 21st. Here is an insert from their e-mail meeting notice.
"This will only be legal animals – sorry no desert tortoises that night as they are illegal to breed and sell. The prices and requirements for the turtles and tortoises are set by the member breeder. It is highly recommended that if you are interested in purchasing an animal, to please bring multiple photos of the proposed habitat. If you do not have photos it may take longer to purchase the animal.
Currently we have approximately 6 month old red foots and cherry heads from the Santa Barbara Chapter, and hatchling Russians from our own chapter. Responses are starting to come in now for members to join us with what they breed. Sorry, only CTTC members can sell turtles and tortoise – open to the general public for purchasing.
Join us at 7:30 pm for our monthly meeting at the Woodland Hills Christian Church, 5920 Shoup Ave. Woodland Hills (corner of Shoup/Oxnard)."
