I think Tanks old enclosure will do for Dayo for a couple years. She seems to like it. I cover it with bird netting but I am always right there keeping a close eye on her.

I like the plants inside. Care to share what they are?

I will try to remember whats all in there. Hosta, Sedum Autumn Joy, Creeping Jenny, 2 kinds of small ornamental grasses. Weeds; clover, plantain, violets and others that I can't think of right now. And of course grass.

I'm jealous of all you female gardening pros!

I wish knew more. I can make wild bird seeds grow like weeds...but I can't get weeds to grow like...well...weeds.

Do your torts ever eat the Hostas? Are they edible?
I have lots of Hostas all over my yard. I would love to add one to Nelson'e enclosure!

Yes they are edible. Tank has nibbled on the leaves now and then but he LOVES the blooms:)

It's beautiful. I have Hostas as well, but I have to be careful as you know who LOVES them so I told him they were all gone...:p
