Someone has asked me if I can help find information on moving his tortoises from the US to Indonesia. He is an Indonesian national who is currently living in the US, but has torts that he purchased here. He wants to take them home with him when he goes back for good.
I told him that his best bet would to be to contact the airline that he normally uses and ask them what the regulations are. I think that they would know better than anyone.
If anyone has any other ideas for information sources, I would love to hear them. Perhaps DF&G? I really don't know.
I have asked for info on what species and how many he has, I am waiting to hear back on that.
