Does Panacur (Fenbendazole) get rid of bacteria/ parasites too?

I still have some leftover panacur from when one of my tortoises had pinworms, and was just wondering. Does it get rid of bacteria/ other parasites along with worms? They are rid of the worms. Want to know if it's useful for most bacteria/ parasites or only those specific worms. Thanks.

Save it and wait for the Australian trials to finish then you can see if it works against COVID 19

As far as I'm aware, it's just a dewormer. Not broad spectrum.
