Hello, Horsfield Tortoise, what food are they allowed to eat everyday and then also as a treat?

Google is a bit muddled with the answers.

Also what humidity should the Viv be at?

Hi there and welcome. Have a read of this care sheet which has lots of helpful advice: https://tortoiseforum.org/threads/the-best-way-to-raise-any-temperate-species-of-tortoise.183131/

Tortoise Table https://www.thetortoisetable.org.uk/plant-database/#.Y4Ie08fP07c is a plant database that can help you identify safe plants to feed - just be mindful of pesticides.

How long have you had your tort?

Just to add - Horsefield tortoises are commonly referred to as Russian tortoises in the US, so threads on Russian torts https://tortoiseforum.org/forums/russian-tortoises.81/ and a general search of 'russian diet' on the forum should help you out.

Avoid fruits and focus on a broad selection of suitable weeds and flowers if you can. If you're city based and struggle to find weeds, you can add in some safe store-bought salads like lambs lettuce, rocket, endive/frisee, red lettuce. Its recommended not to rely on store-bought salads as the nutritional value is generally low.

Maybe try growing some of your own weeds from seed? Tort safe seed mixes can be found cheaply online. You just need seedling trays to get going. This site sells seed mixes and other commercial foods, but I'd recommend shopping around to find a price that suits you
