Egyptian Temperature Spectrum?

Hello,

I have been reading that the Egyptians estivate when it is too hot and too cold. I noticed that mine hides from heat lamp but does go for the UVB lit areas of the indoor pen. What is the best temperature range for the kleinmanni?

Egyptians do like very bright light conditions. They do like a very hot hotspot in the mornings, but the warm end temperatures should be 86F and below (80 to 86F). Above that temperature, Egyptians will want to aestivate. Cool end should be in the 70's F. Your lights should be on 12 to 14 hours a day.
