Welcome, they don't look bad to me. It sounds like you keep your tort hydrated. The peeling of the skin I am not sure of.
Let me reach out to a few members @Yvonne G @Tom @wellington (did we lose HerrmaniChris?)
They probably will want to see your lighting and enclosure.

Thank you i attach a picture now although now lights etc are on now shes now inside of a green house in her table to keep humidity up shes on coco coir and has a 75watt heat bulb and a 10w uvb bulb with reflector she has almost grown alot since i got her the breeder used a yellow dot on her back of nail polish she keep on track with each baby etc and for me its a good indication of how much shes grown but i dont really agree with the nail polish part but i dont want to remove it

Edit : im currently waiting for a better enclosure to come back in stock but if any one has any reccomendations as i want to get somthing alot bigger

Is Hampshire across the pond? There is a member here that makes a great enclosure here in the U.S.

I believe the 10W uvb bulb is likely one you shouldn't be using. Post a pic of it.
A tube florescent should be used for uvb. An incandescent flood bulb for basking and ceramic heat emitter s for night heat and added day heat if needed.
The enclosure is quite small. Why not remove it and make the greenhouse, which looks bigger, the enclosure for now until she out grows that. Just add a floor with tarp or plastic.

I think your good then.
The eyes look fine to me, but you see him every day. Just be sure no light is too close. Keep up the hydration and see how things go.

Thank you i do just have a quick question i see alot of people have loads of hides etc I've tried about 10 different ones a built in one and now the pink house but she doesn't use them she wont even go near it , is it necessary for them to have one or a few ive even tried putting her in them at night but she just buried herself in the corner

I think hides are necessary. I like them to be dark coloured and fairly heavy, large enough for the tortoise to easily turn around in, with an entrance just big enough for him to go through, and a comfortable temperature. Sink it partially into the substrate. It's natural for them to seek shelter, and if they don't, there's a reason.
