I figured out why she is heavy and has constipation.
She wasn't eat at all.
With The previous owner . The tortoise eat sand and that make sand to impact inside her vesera..
Coarse sand not fine particles.

It's impossible to say without an x ray. Keep soaking and hope it flushes through without impaction.

It is not urate .. but it was in urine .. it is yellow sand plus some white and red stones.. I wish it was not blood.

All you can do is keep soaking, keep her warm and make sure she has the heat to bask and get warm enough to think about eating.

You have no vet available, which is what we would do, so that's not an option you can take.

The urinary tract and the egg duct are separate although though both emerge from the same hole at the end. Yes, I would think it is perfectly possible to lay eggs.
