Looks like you are jumping into the deep end! The orchid looks like a bit of an expensive snack but they are pretty low maintenance. Nice looking set up from what I can tell.

Looks nice. Is it a closed chamber enclosure? That's important for keeping in heat and humidity. I would work on getting a clay saucer for the water and bury it and for now the one you have so the lip is level with the substrate.
You do know that eventually all will have to be separated into their own enclosures. Torts don't do well in pairs.
