first time meeting and growth updates.pic heavy

I let Zenna and Morla meet for the 1st time yesterday and here are a couple of pics.

And of course today was weigh day.....
Morla clocked in at 873g (15 months old)

ps....i know they are not supposed to be together, this was the first time. they live and soak in separate enclosures...:D

I love that the leopard scared the sulcata back into his shell. Too funny. It will probably be the only time it will happen like that. They look great BTW

Me too! That is what my sulcata looked like when she was younger. I notice so many subtle variances in sulcata coloration. Mine lacks any of the dark lines separating the scutes that I see in many of the pics. My Chloe tends to
Look more like a carved and polished wooden tortoise. I hope yours turns

Zenna the leopard is much more outgoing than Morla the sully.

I hope she looks like that as well, she has some pyramiding from when I got her almost a year ago. Hopefully when she is full grown you wont be able to see that much pyramiding :D

Aw, beautiful! Has your sulcata always been shy? Ours is such a shy girl, granted she's a lot smaller.
