First time Tortoise, 4 inch male Hermann's estimated age?

Hello everyone, I recently bought my first tortoise a few days ago. I ordered a male Hermann's tortoise hatchling and received a 4 inch tortoise. Trying to figure out the best estimated age for the little guy as I was expecting one a bit smaller. I understand captive bred tortoises tend to grow a bit faster.

Also I have no issue with getting a larger than expected tortoise, I'm simply curious as how to estimate the age. His name is Ezekiel.
