Just joined the forum, though have had Leopard tortoises for years. Somehow inherited three adult torts when my son grew up and moved out and I discovered I was bonded with the tortoises. My son has visitations but the torts live with me
I was thrilled when we started getting eggs, so got a reptibator and in what felt like eons we successfully hatched some beautiful babies. We still are getting some lovely children, though I would still love and keep the adults even if they did not reproduce. One of our tortoises somehow seems to be housebroken, will not eliminate in the house. She navigates the house often, and loves to watch TV. I enjoy watching the torts, especially in nice weather as they cruise around the back yard and discover wonderful treats to eat.
