What do you think of a goldfish bowl tank on its side as an outdoor enclosure hotbox? Found a 2 gallon (?) one at goodwill and right now this is ample big enough for Fezzik (4.5" Russian) to come/go inside or out as he chooses. Other outdoor "greenhouses" I see are polycarbonate and I like that this is just plain glass... (this is for southern California). I know it would get insanely hot in the summer, but he wouldn't need a hotbox to bask in during those days anyway. But for the rest of the year I think this would get nice and toasty for him. Any reason this would be a really bad idea?
