Are greeks good at righting themselves? I've found my greeks flipped over a few times, and I often wondered if they have flipped over more than I've seen and righted themselves.

Generally speaking the higher domed carapace a tortoise has the harder time it has turning itself right side up. Some tortoises have a knack for being able to flip themselves right side up while others simply cannot.

Regardless of whether or not a tortoise can right themselves, if it is happening on a regular basis, or even a few times, the enclosure and what's in it (other inhabitants, rocks, etc...) should be closely looked at to find out the cause of the tortoise flipping over.

A tortoise on it's back almost always reaches a panick state attempting to right itself. This can easily lead to an increased level of stress and possible injury. Along with that can be over exposure to heat if the tortoise is over turned under a basking light, heat source or outdoors in the sun.
