Fly River turtle fungus on legs

How should I go about treating this. He has a little bit of fungus on his back legs and some on his neck, I have 1 teaspoon of salt in his water and it seems to be helping but not eliminating it completely. He's still really active and eating lots.

Share some pics ;-). That he eats and is active is a good sign that every thing is well - at the moment-!!
