http://imgur.com/a/6DyNb images of the skin bit should I be worried? theres no bleeding or redness is kinda like a flake of skin not soft at all but it does stick out quite a bit.

Looks fine to me, tortoises do shed skin, so don't worry to much!

As said above, you probably don't have much to worry about. Your turtle is most likely shedding skin.

Hmm. Then I think you should closely monitor his activity and eating, and if nothing seems "different" or wrong, there's nothing to worry about.
it feels hard. Maybe its a deformed scale? but its way up his leg.
