Fungus or shell rot?

ImageUploadedByTortForum1395721787888235 ImageUploadedByTortForum1395721802627963 hi! Im just wondering is this a fungus or a shell rot? In some threads earlier it says that when you scratch it off it will be like powdery, some of it goes off but some no.. Any infos about this? Thank you

Looks like shell rot! Go to the top red foot section and there's instruction s on how to treat it .

Fungal and bacterial organisms have been associated with the condition known as shell rot. Small scratches or abrasions provide entry for these organisms. As they take hold in the living bone beneath the keratinous covering of the shell, they begin to erode the bone and may penetrate into the body cavity, causing serious, even fatal, systemic infections.

Actually referring to the same, "shell rot". The shell rot is result of either :D
