Hello all,
I've had my Greek for a few months now and have always had a problem with getting him to eat food with calcium/nutrobal sprinkled on his food. He starts to eat then realises there's calcium and spits it straight out! Are there any other/easier ways of getting torts to get their calcium requirements?! I can manage to get him to eat very small amounts of food sprinkled with calcium but nutrobal is a definite no no! What do I do?!? Please help!

Throw in a cuttle bone. The same thing usually sold for birds. I didn't think my red foot was eating any of it, then there was those little chomp marks. So cute.

My leopard wouldn't touch any of his greens with the calcium on it. I now give it to him on his mazuri and he eats every piece.

He has a cuttlebone and doesn't go anywhere near it! I'll try the mazuri thought thanks!
