Garden Nasturtium - ok for tortoises to eat?

Hello, does anyone know if this plant is ok for tortoises to eat? I have a Hermann. Picture This says it’s a garden nastritium and gives some other names (see second image). I couldn’t find any of those names in Tortoise Table database.

They can eat it, but most don't seem to like it much.

My Russian enjoys it but only in early spring here. Just the leaves, she’s never shown interest in the flowers.
